1:1 Individual training
Individual training can be delivered at the learners pace, using real examples and tailored to their job requirements. We can also offer suggestions for any process improvements we identify during training! While most of the training is the Office suite of Apps (Excel, Word, Outlook etc) we can also assist with some of the lesser known Apps such as Forms, Planner, OneNote & To Do.
Group Training
Group workshops are a cost effective way to up skill your team. We recommend no more than 6 people per workshop and can deliver the training on site.
Our group workshops are engaging, affordable and delivered at your preferred location and schedule. Benefit from a fun and interactive environment aimed at improving your team's performance and productivity.
Assessment
Let us help you work out what your staff need! We can offer Training Needs or Pre-employment assessments in person or online.
Documentation
Our instructional designers can learn your systems and create guides, manuals or materials to support your staff to do their job. Or if you need to provide some quick reference guides for any of the Microsoft 365 Apps, we can tailor these to your requirements.
Solution design
We can create excel spreadsheets with the smarts to make your life easier, or Word templates to make sure all of your documents are consistently branded.
